Surviving the Loss of a Child

This group meets twice a month on Sunday afternoons.

This is a structured support group that will utilize various books to aid parents (and grandparents) in their grief.

Our first book will be Shattered: Surviving the Loss of a Child by Gary Roe.  As we go through this book, the group will discuss the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual impact the death of  a child has on a parent.  It will also discuss how it affects the parent’s relationships with others and the overall impact to their future.

Sorry – We are not able to provide childcare.  This is for parents & grandparents only.

Our next group starts Sunday, September 15^th 6pm – 7:30.  We will be meeting in the Power Source Room at Thomas Road Baptist Church.
